Independent marque notice
Sooner is presented as an independent automotive marque and commission programme. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorised by or sponsored by Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG or any of its subsidiaries. Porsche, 911, Carrera, Targa and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the donor-vehicle heritage and architectural foundation relevant to individual commissions.
Commission imagery and specifications
Images may include historical Sooner vehicles, design studies, visualisations and proposed commission environments. They illustrate design intent and brand direction; they do not constitute a fixed technical specification, production promise or offer for sale. Final vehicle specifications, donor requirements, programme timing, homologation, pricing, taxes and availability are established only in an individually executed commission agreement.
Historical and archive material
Archive photography is presented to document the lineage of earlier Sooner vehicles. Historical specifications and visual details should not be interpreted as the specification of a current Sooner 2.0 commission.
Website use
This website may be viewed and shared for personal, editorial and prospective-client purposes. Automated extraction, resale, unauthorised merchandising, replication of the visual identity or commercial use of its imagery and text is prohibited without written consent.
Privacy notice
When you submit an enquiry, Sooner may process your name, email address, country, model interest and the information in your brief solely to assess and respond to that enquiry, maintain an appropriate client record and protect the security of the service. The legal basis is your request before entering a possible commission and, where applicable, consent.
Enquiry information is not sold. It is shared only with authorised advisers or service providers where needed to operate the enquiry process, subject to confidentiality and appropriate safeguards. Records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, legal obligations and legitimate record-keeping. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability through the private enquiry channel.
Terms of use
Website information is provided for general brand and prospective-client information. It is not a binding offer, technical warranty, investment invitation or promise of availability. A commission exists only after due diligence, a final specification and a written agreement signed by the relevant parties. Users must not interfere with the site, misrepresent its content or use its materials to imply an unauthorised commercial relationship.
Owner benefit conditions
Complimentary Scuderia Milano membership and Gala Dinner access are benefits attached to an eligible new Sooner commission, not cash alternatives or transferable rights. The membership benefit is limited to five consecutive membership years and depends on continued ownership of the commissioned vehicle. If ownership ends earlier, the complimentary period ends at the close of that calendar year. Event access remains subject to capacity; where the commission-year Gala Dinner is unavailable, eligibility moves once to the following year's event. Definitive conditions are set out in the signed commission and membership documents.
Privacy and legal contact
Until the final production domain and dedicated legal email are activated, privacy and legal requests may be initiated through the Private Enquiry page and marked “Privacy request”. The final legal entity name, registered address and direct privacy contact must be inserted before the public-domain launch.
